    • Once the winning bidder schedules a pickup appointment, typically within flexible time windows, the system will automatically release the full address on the morning of the selected pickup day not before. This ensures a smooth, private, and secure experience for both our clients and buyers.

    • Our in person estate sales are a great option for clients who prefer a more traditional sale experience. Each event is professionally organized and managed by our team, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

    • We work closely with you to determine pricing, presentation, and sale strategy. Our team handles everything on site setup, staging, pricing, and sale management so you can feel confident knowing every detail is taken care of.

How It Works.

Step 1.

Once you have submitted our inquiry form, a member from our team will contact you within 48 hours. We offer a complimentary walk through (or video call, if you prefer) to determine whether our estate sales or online auction services are a good fit for your needs in California and throughout Hawaii.

Step 2.

Once an agreement has been made between both parties, we will research, catalog, photograph, or stage your items that are for sale. Our team handles all of the marketing for your sale, including promoting across our extensive mailing list and multiple local outlets.

Step 3.

We thoroughly conduct your sale, handle any pick-ups, and provide you with a clean settlement report.
